With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in empowering women over 45 to reclaim their health, strength, and confidence as they navigate midlife and the menopause transition.

I’m a GGS certified Women's Fitness Coach and Menopause Coaching Specialist, and a Precision Nutrition Level One Nutrition Coach. I'm passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals without rigid restrictions or strict rules.

My coaching centers on creating an experience that’s enjoyable, rewarding, and consistent. Together, we’ll focus on sustainable habits that make fitness and nutrition feel like a natural, fulfilling part of your life - not a chore.
